We will provide a customized quote for all services or appointments to make sure all our guests are able to budget and plan accordingly for their experience at Studio H Salon. At Studio H Salon we personalize each Luxury Color service to what you need. All our Luxury Color services include a complimentary cut, blowout and style. Our stylists are trained to use their knowledge and experience to give you exactly what you need based on your wants, hair health and desired outcome. Our stylists are trained to communicate what is possible and deliver a luxury color service all within a packaged priced. As our guest you get to relax, sip on a beverage and enjoy the experience.
Studio H Salon cancellation policy
Your appointments are very important to Studio H Salon. It is reserved especially for you, Studio H Salon understands that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 72 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, Studio H Salon misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on Heather's waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We try to remind/confirm appointments in advance but please know that even if Studio H Salon is not able to reach you, you are still responsible for remembering the appointment that you booked. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
~ Cancellation of less than 72 hours will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
~ No Shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service total amount.
In order to book your next appointment your service charges must be paid in full or the charge will be added to your next appointment.
LATE / TARDY POLICY
Studio H Salon will make every effort to accommodate late clients, running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of Heather's day by delaying her remaining clients who come in on time. For this reason we have set a few general rules for such situations. Clients will be given a 5-10 minute grace period, after 15 minutes the appointment may be cancelled, but still require a 50% service charge. If being late means the client has to forgo a portion of their services, they will still be charged for the services that are performed and a 50% service charge for those that were booked but time did not allow for them to be performed.
These policies allow Studio H Salon the time to inform our standby guest of any availability, as well as keeping Heather's schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies.
* After any late, cancelled, or missed appointments Studio H Salon has the right to refuse service or request a full, non refundable deposit before the appointment is made.
Cards are held on file and will be charged for any cancellation fees.
